Where do the funds go?

We are raising funds for Centro Shama. A non-profit Christian organization based in Lima, Peru. They’re dedicated to helping children found living on the streets through education, healthcare, and rehabilitation. Founded on June 29, 1999, by Frances Davinson, the organization aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these children who have been orphaned or abandoned.

It is a sad truth that there are still many children who get addicted to drugs before they are even teenagers, as they struggle to survive on their own. The founders of Inspire Life Church have seen first hand the difference Centro Shama is making to these children’s lives as they are given new a chance at living.

All funds are used for food, shelter, medical costs and education so that these children can not only grow up, but so that they may thrive.

Who is Beat Factor Music?

Join Rod Pilois (Beat Factor Solo) for a percussion performance to remember! An interactive drum workshop you can join in.

Performing from 12PM – 1PM

Rod Pilois, is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, & music educator. He performs regularly on drum kit, percussion, and guitar.

When Rod is not performing his chill-out tunes in Latin-Jazz, he can be seen drumming with Beat Factor Drummers (African, Latin/Brazilian) Johnny Longshot (Jamaican Ska) Gaia the Band (Reggae) around Melbourne.

Since 2018, Rod has facilitated weekly community drum classes in the West and performed regularly at community events and festivals.

What is Walking Football??

All the things you love about football in a small sided game but with no running and no contact. The social walking football program creates a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all to have fun.

Who can join?

All individuals from diverse backgrounds, gender, age, culture & abilities are welcome! We encourage anyone challenged with social anxieties or low-self esteem and confidence to reach out.
